Three SaaS products from zero, two months of development saved
At OCTY I was the founding designer across three products: a no-code native app builder (about a year), PromoFire, a promo & analytics engine (six months), and Lecturfy, an AI learning tool for UK students (four months). For each I defined the architecture and flows, built the prototypes and design systems, and cut scope with the developers so what shipped earned its place.
My role
- Product architecture, UX flows and interactive prototypes for all three products.
- A design system and a landing page for each product.
- PromoFire, the promo engine, end to end: the logic and functionality, flow mapping, every state, QA of the development, and the marketing creatives around it.
- Scope decisions with the developers, reported to have saved more than two months of development.
App builder: a coded builder for no-code ideas
Native apps assembled from logic blocks and properties with a live phone preview. About a year of work: the architecture, the editor's flows and the design system. The hard part was the chain of actions: making app logic readable to people who don't write code.

PromoFire: promo codes as a growth channel
Connect the SDK, invite distributors, scale. One place to run referral codes, discounts, promo codes, coupons and invites, and to see which influencer code actually brought paying users.
This one I owned as a product for six months: how it should work, the flows and every state, the landing and the design system, QA of what the developers built, and the marketing creatives that sold it.

Lecturfy: never take lecture notes again
Upload a lecture and get material you can learn from quickly, without losing the context of what was said: a summary that keeps the teacher's argument, highlighted key passages, and flashcards generated from them.
Four months: I designed the brand, the product and the landing, for UK students who record long lectures and revise weeks later.
